• GMP Certification > 30 hours: in 6 Modules (aka Lectures or Blocks) comprising of Quality Assurance, cGMP and GMP of FDA, Health Canada and CFIA including pre-requisites programs, recall and traceability, allergen control, with each of them having 12 quizzes to test the understanding of the modules presented.
• HACCP Certification > 30 hours: in 6 Modules (aka Lectures or Blocks) including CFIA HACCP 11 forms, case study, GFSI with 1 block on SQF and 1 on BRC; first 5 modules each has 12 quizzes and last two modules for HACCP certificates provided reading materials and the last lecture 12 was designed to know the job market of food / pharmaceutical industries relating to GMP and HACCP.
