Admission Requirements

Canadian Students

  • An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or
  • Students are 18 years of age or older and pass a qualifying test that has been approved by the Superintendent

International Students

  • An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or
  • Students are 18 years of age or older and pass a qualifying test that has been approved by the Superintendent
  • All foreign credentials must be assessed by a recognized assessment service
  • Students will need to demonstrate that the knowledge and use of English are strong enough for studies in an English language college. Students must submit results from one of the following English language tests: IELTS Academic / TOEFL / PTE Academic (if required) scanned in PDF format.

  • Study Permit granted by CIC: A Study Permit allows you legal permission to reside in Canada for the purpose of academic, professional or vocational training at an approved educational institution.
  • Students may need to prepare the following documents:
    • Study Permit Application Form
    • Letter of Acceptance
    • Valid Passport
    • Proof of Financial Support
    • Two photos

International Student Enrollment Process

Step 1

You should apply for the acceptance online by sending following materials by mail or email.

  • Submit International Student Registration Form
  • Your academic record in your native language and official/certified English translation scanned in PDF format.
    • For High School Graduates: Your complete High School/ Secondary School Transcript (all years of secondary school) and your High School/Secondary School Diploma (Certificate of Completion) scanned in PDF format.
    • For University/College graduates: Complete University/College transcripts and a copy of your diploma/degree scanned in PDF format.
  • Photo and signature pages of your passport scanned in PDF format.
  • $500 CAD non‐refundable application fee (credit card, international money order).

Step 2

After reviewing your application, the college will judge your qualification. If qualified, the college will issue Official Letter of Acceptance and Official Receipts for your visa/study permit application to study in Canada, and submit the Remittance Confirmation Form. 

Step 3

Upon the approval of student visa, you will be instructed to remit registration fee and tuition fees to the college's designated trust account.

Step 4

After you buy the ticket, contact the college for reservation of student residence and arrangement for airport pickup.

  • Follow the instructions from the college administrator to get the admission letter
  • Pay the tuition through e-transfer

In person

You are welcome to drop by our office during our business time from 10am to 5pm by appointment. You should bring with you official I.D. for identification.
