Canada-China Health Industrial Alliance
Headquartered in Toronto, the capital city of Ontario, the Canada-China Health Industrial Alliance (CCHIA) is a Canadian federally registered not-for-profit organization. As a professional, not-for-profit, and non-government organization, CCHIA operates a counterpart headquarter in Beijing, the capital of China. The primary role of CCHIA is to link and ally the health industries in Canada and China, which include manufacturing and operating companies/corporations, research and development-oriented enterprises and laboratories, and health-related community bodies.
CCHIA is an alliance for resource integration and market sharing between the two countries and the globe. It connects with government organizations, professional agencies, enterprises, businessmen and businesswomen, and other professional organizations involved in technological innovation related to the health industries in both Canada and China, and the globe.
Supported by the related and available resources of the two countries along with the links to the globe, CCHIA aims to establish a stable alliance of the health industries in Canada and China. In order to achieve and succeed, a platform has since been built for the exchange and sharing of information and resources among health industries to improve the quality of products and services, and to support new technology and development in related sections.
CCHIA plays a role as the organizer and coordinator to promote the investment and cooperation within the members. CCHIA promotes and supports the professional discussion and negotiation for various specific business needs between members and coordinate and connect industrial members to improve the technology, products and management in order to enhance their competitiveness in the international market.
CCHIA maximizes the integration of professional and technical advantages in Canada (North America) and China to create a competitive market in the international health industry. Supported by the allied universities and research institutes of Canada and China, linked to the foundation of Canada College of Food and Health, CCHIA continues to establish the academic advantages to perform health industry-related theoretic and academic researches and practical applications to the industry, to organize diverse professional forums and to offer outstanding professional training. CCHIA also promotes technological innovation in industries, the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements in related fields in Canada and China.
加拿大-中国健康产业联盟
加拿大-中国健康产业联盟简称加中健康产业联盟，Canada-China Health Industrial Alliance， (CCHIA） 是在加拿大联邦注册的“Not-For-Profit”非营利专业组织。联盟总部设在安大略省多伦多市，中国对接名称为中加健康产业联盟。联盟由加拿大与中国两地从事健康产业的机构，包括生产经营性企业，科研开发型企业和实验室，及与健康相关的组织，包括两国的相关政府间的专业团体或机构，与健康产业相关的技术创新团体，以及对促进加中健康产业领域合作有着浓厚兴趣的杰出企业家和专业人士自愿组成优势互补，资源整合于一体的行业性组织。
加中健康产业联盟以“开放务实、优化资源、合作共赢、协同发展”为宗旨。联盟将充分发挥加拿大与中国健康产业各自的资源优质，大力推动加中健康产业的深度融合与稳定发展，打造大健康产业信息交流共享平台，提高大健康相关领域的产品质量和服务质量，支持新技术的开发与推广，积极组织和协调会员机构参与健康产业的投/融资对接与合作，以及协助给各类具体业务的专业洽谈工作，并协助协调会员机构为应对快速变幻的市场而改进和改善产品研发生产与产业经营管理，提升其在国际市场的竞争能力。
加中健康产业联盟将最大限度地整合加拿大(北美) 和中国在高端人才和专业技术方面的优势，极力打造具有国际市场竞争特色的大健康产业和信息开放式公共服务交流平台，并依托“加拿大食品与健康学院”，因地适宜组织大健康产业相关理论及学术研究，举办各类专业论坛，有针对性地实施健康产业专业人才的重点和方位突出的培训工作，推动产业技术创新，相关领域科技成果的转化与应用，在加中两地全面推广与普及产业领域的新知识、新理论、新方法、新技术。
展望未来，加中健康产业联盟将以“推动技术创新，实现协同合作”为目标，充分发挥加中两国各地各类相关的健康产业和企业在市场开拓和深度发展的优势，拓展北美与中国健康产业的交流与合作渠道，构建产业联盟会员协作体系，为相关产业搭建产业之间和产业通向政府与消费者之间的互动平台，并广泛传播以人为本、诚信为先、融合创新、协同发展、遵纪守法、活跃市场，全方位促进加中健康产业的发展。
