Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI) has been extensively implemented by manufacturers for ingredients and products of food and pharmaceutical industries. GFSI programs include Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) as well as benchmark programs like ISO 22000, BRC and SQF. Therefore, our GMP-HACCP course is not limited to provide knowledge on GMP as Food Safety Fundamentals, and HACCP as Safety and Quality Control Programs, but also incorporates the knowledge of other GFSI standards including SQF, BRC and ISO2200.
